Home Library Service – Our Home Library Service can deliver items to your home if you are unable to use a community library. We provide access to the same range of materials as those found in a community library.
Mobile Library Service – Our Mobile Library visits the parts of the Borough where there is no static community library within easy reach.

Cleveland Online Policing App (COPA) is a new way to get in touch with Cleveland Police and the Police and Crime Commissioner. Members of the public can download the app to their mobile phones, allowing them to feed in information about policing and community safety issues easily and quickly. It also lets them ask questions and give feedback.

The Air Quality Index (AQI) is a measure of how polluted the air is in a specific area, based on the levels of certain pollutants in the air. The AQI is calculated by taking measurements of several pollutants, including particulate matter, ozone, nitrogen dioxide, and sulphur dioxide, and converting those measurements into a single number on a scale from 0 to 500.
