NOTICE OF VACANCY IN THE OFFICE OF COUNCILLOR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with Section 87(2) of the Local Government Act 1972, that a casual vacancy has arisen in the office of Councillor for Egglescliffe & Eaglescliffe Parish Council, Egglescliffe West Ward.
An election will be held to fill the vacancy if a minimum of ten electors for the Parish write to the Proper Officer of Stockton on Tees Borough Council whose details are set out hereunder, by noon on Monday 7 July 2025

If no request is submitted within the stated time, the Parish Council will co-opt a replacement Councillor directly onto the Council.
